If you are a nonprofit , you may be qualified for free access to monday.com or at a discount after filling out the relevant forms.
You can pay monthly for your account. By choosing the monthly option on our pricing page, you will be able to pay on a monthly basis. However, monthly plans are not discounted - for this reason we recommend the yearly plan for those looking to save.
If you’ve already paid for a yearly subscription within the last 30-days, and wish to cancel your account, you are entitled to a prorated refund. To cancel, navigate to the Admin section. Admins can change your plan type and user count at any time (Note that post the refund period, we offer no refunds for downgrades). To change your plan, navigate to the Admin section and select the Billing option. From there, choose 'Change plan', pick the desired plan, and enjoy!
